Baboons are the most identifiable species in the monkey world. In fact, they have tufts of hair on the body or present either side of faces and bottoms. It turned red in color and was named as old monkeys which have a long tail like other monkeys.

The hairless bottom is filled with red color and does not seem right to look. Of course, it is named as the world’s largest monkeys according to the survey. From head to bottom, the baboons grow 20 to 34 inches, and their tails add length too. It will grow only in the specific area of the world and could be found in most regions. It highly lives in semi-arid habitats and sometimes in tropical forests.

The baboons are named as social creatures and live only in groups. It contains a dozen or even hundreds of members in a single group. It has three hundred members and lives like a giant family. They protect each other using the troop’s grooms and sleep together. A dominant male usually heads the troop and ranks with size and age as a larger one.

The Leopard belongs to a member of the Felidae family and smallest of the four cats. However, there are nine subspecies recognized and expect to live only in Asia, South Asia, and India too. Moreover, the Leopard eats small hoofstock that provides strength and support for prey. Sometimes, they can hunt monkeys, rodents, and birds also. They are the most dangerous predators among the others in the wild.

It is found throughout Africa which provides information based on the varieties of habitats such as mountains, forests, animals, and even in deserts. They are often named as nocturnal animals which are active at night time only. During the day, they often rest in the thick bushes or trees. They almost prefer to live alone without forming a group.

But, they are very agile and known as good swimmers. They have the tendency to leap 20 feet longer when they swim and hunt. When they meet gestation time for 90 to 105 days, they deliver six kittens per delivery. However, the kitten

weighs approximately one pound when they are born. They may stay 18 to 24 months with the mother till they become mature.

It is often named as king of the jungle and extremely beautiful and strong. Hence, they vary in colors and typically belong to a different family but come under the same species. Mature males are unique and have thick brown or black manes that encircle their necks. So, it looks gorgeous and eagerly fights for hunting. It consumes a variety of prey from the wild and fulfills its stomach. They also feed smaller animals based on the size and attack quickly. They even attack elephants when they are starving and search for food.

They are mostly found in Sahara deserts and parts of Southern Africa. Most often, the Lions live in groups and do not leave one another during prey. It is named as pride, and related females will make young one to choose for pride. Fortunately, females almost go for pride and mainly nocturnal and work in a team.
